Call of Cthulhu: The Card Game

There are ancient, nameless horrors in the dark, crawling through the earth and circling the sky, just out of your senses. Call of Cthulhu: The Card Game has everything from the mythos I love plus a slight Magic the Gathering feel that really gives the game its feel.

Inspired by the 1920’s dark cthulhu mythos writer H.P. Lovecraft, Call of Cthulhu: The Card Game offers the chance to play with investigators, villains, and the unspeakable horrors of the Cthulhu mythos. Fighting against dark horrible foes such as Cthulhu, Hastur, Yog-Sothoth, and Shub Niggurath. In a mixed game style of investigator board game and Magic the Gathering.

The Game Box Includes
  • ·         Game Board
  • ·         Rulebook
  • ·         24 Story markers
  • ·         6 Plastic Cthulhu Domain Markers
  • ·         155 Customizable Deck Cards
  • ·         10 Story Cards

A two player dueling game, Call of Cthulhu: The Card Game has a ton of expansions to choose from. These expansions add new cards and new combos to your deck, allowing for an ever changing game play. This is one of the reasons, aside from actual game play, that I compare this card game with Magic the Gathering.

This card game is a lot of fun. It has great replay value and as you add new cards you will find an expansive amount of choices in how you intend to win.
